(I.E.S.) has been manufacturing all types of springs including coil (compression),
leaf (laminated), clock, torsion, tension and extension springs.
Australia's largest privately owned spring manufacturer that
supplies the Australian and an expanding overseas market.
Primary production is the manufacture of springs
for cars, trucks, trailers
and industrial applications, along with other allied products,
including various suspension fittings, grease pins, u-bolts,
spring washers, disc springs, slasher / chaff cutter blades and general light engineering
work. Our flexible manufacturing systems mean we can manufacture the one off replacement

We are a long standing original equipment supplier to Kenworth Trucks - one of the
world's leading manufacturers of heavy duty trucks. Our association with Kenworth Trucks
in Australia dates back over 25 years, supplying high quality springs, u-bolts and other
high strength components. What we have learnt supplying Kenworth has been applied to all
other areas of the company, from design, in-process inspection, manufacturing, testing
through to final inspection and after-sales support.
Our hard work was recently
rewarded with recognition of achieving less than 50 faults per million parts supplied, an
outstanding achievement only reached by 21 other suppliers to Kenworth Trucks.
