Manufactured from your drawing or sample as a one off or large production run, available in a wide range of materials and finishes

 

Materials available (diameter)-

• Hard drawn Range 2 spring steel wire (0.7 - 11.2 mm)
• Stainless steel (0.9 - 6.3 mm)
• Music wire (0.7 - 5 mm)
• Crinoline (up to 25 mm wide)
• Annealed flat strip (0.9 - 32 mm wide)

Surface finishes available-

• Hot dipped zinc (galvanising)
• Zinc (silver finish)
• Zinc chromate (gold finish)

All springs and wire forms are tempered or oil hardened and tempered as required.
